I started training with Cassandra about a year ago. I was very impressed with her style and all the different exercises that she tailored to my needs. Every day she will ask how I am feeling, if anything bothers me or if anything hurts! She did not push me to do anything that I was not comfortable with and always changed the routine to use and tone all my muscles. I had various problems (knee, back problems) and I slowly started to improve and feel better!!!
