I changed the way I thought about my body.
And that changed my body forever.
— Cassandra Damiris
I honestly could not believe that it was my perception of my body that was blocking me from seeing the best version of myself.
After all the diets, hard exercise and sadness about my situation I figured it out a few years ago in my mid-thirties.
Do you, dear reader, know why it is that some people eat whatever they want and don’t gain an ounce?
Why are some people so “beautiful” while others want to hide their head in a bag?
It’s not because of what the other world sees. It’s what they see in the mirror of their mind.
When that person thinks of themselves they see someone that is healthy and vibrant.
Once I changed the way I saw myself, my outer vision transformed.
I wrote a book about it, and would love to give it to you. Just enter your information below and it will be sent to your email address:
“I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been in my life, and I have the necessary foundation to maintain & keep improving” – Bill W., Toronto
“I’m eating more, exercising less and feel totally in tune with my body.” — Christina W., Toronto
“It is the best! There are no other words to describe her training style.” – Monica L., Toronto
